أعجبني اسلوب الكاتب وافكاره وبناء بعض الشخصيات في الرواية。。 لم اقرأ باقي الرباعية ولا افكر بهذا وكنت اعتقد انها ليست مترابطة。。 لكن كانت نهاية الكتاب مفتوحة والاستكمال في الاجزاء الاخرى。。اكثر شيء استمتعت به هوالغموض والحوارات الجريئة

Książka jest równie dobrze napisana jak pierwsze tu tego nie można zarzucić， nadal historia kręci się wokół książek ale hmm jakby mniej odczuwa się aby te książki miały znaczenie。 Do tego oprócz wątku kryminalnego wkracza więcej magicznego realizmu niż wcześniej i to już mi nie pasuje。Chyba dlatego， że przez ten wątek magiczny ta zagadka jest ciężka do prześledzenia za bardzo odbiega od tropów， przez co stają się nie istotne。 Książka jest też brutalniejsza， mamy mniej "niewinnego" głównego bohat Książka jest równie dobrze napisana jak pierwsze tu tego nie można zarzucić， nadal historia kręci się wokół książek ale hmm jakby mniej odczuwa się aby te książki miały znaczenie。 Do tego oprócz wątku kryminalnego wkracza więcej magicznego realizmu niż wcześniej i to już mi nie pasuje。Chyba dlatego， że przez ten wątek magiczny ta zagadka jest ciężka do prześledzenia za bardzo odbiega od tropów， przez co stają się nie istotne。 Książka jest też brutalniejsza， mamy mniej "niewinnego" głównego bohatera którego jednak bardziej się lubi niż Daniela z "Cienia 。。"。 W sumie najlepsze co w tej książce to David， Isabella i pan Sempre。 Tak książka jak dla mnie stoi bohaterami。 。。。more

Cada vez que leo algo de Zafón digo “este es mi libro favorito de él” y a medida que sigo leyendo me voy enamorando de cada libro。 El toque que tenia este escritor es maravilloso， si bien puedes leer sus obras de manera independiente， ir desde lo primero que publico hasta lo ultimo te da una experiencia diferente。 Si bien este libro se publicó posteriormente al libro de la sombra del viento， la historia transcurre décadas antes que el de la historia de su antecesor。 Este es un libro grueso de po Cada vez que leo algo de Zafón digo “este es mi libro favorito de él” y a medida que sigo leyendo me voy enamorando de cada libro。 El toque que tenia este escritor es maravilloso， si bien puedes leer sus obras de manera independiente， ir desde lo primero que publico hasta lo ultimo te da una experiencia diferente。 Si bien este libro se publicó posteriormente al libro de la sombra del viento， la historia transcurre décadas antes que el de la historia de su antecesor。 Este es un libro grueso de poco más de 680 páginas， pero son tan fáciles de leer que no lo notas， no hay algo en este libro que yo pueda decir que es relleno o este de más， la maravilla de saber que existe un libro que este hecho para ti es una idea tan romántica que me encanta， y casualmente este libro comienza y de cierta manera termina en el tan famoso cementerio de los libros。Pero hablemos mas de la historia， la mayoría de cosas se narran desde el punto de vista de David Martin， un escritor que tuvo una niñez pesada， con una madre que los abandono y un padre herido por los recuerdos de la guerra quien en medio de su ignorancia odiaba los libros y el hecho de que su hijo leyera， por azares del destino es asesinado dejando a David a la deriva， pero gracias a su benefactor y posteriormente amigo Pedro Vidal se va haciendo camino en el ámbito literario。 A l largo de su camino vamos viendo como su salud se va deteriorando gracias a su ritmo de trabajo， lo cual es una pieza clave en los sucesos mas importantes del libro， ya que gracias a su agotamiento y al trato echo con editores abusivos llevan a un nivel de desgaste físico que lo lleva a una visita al doctor donde le avisa que tiene un tumor muy avanzado y solo le quedan pocos meses de vida， esto sumándole a la entrada en escena de， lo que podríamos adivinar como el típico amor platónico que el autor nos viene manejando en otros libro， Cristina la hija del chofer del señor Vidal， quien le pide un favor que lo harán tomar la decisión mas radical a nuestro protagonista。 Andreas Corelli llega a su vida cuando todo lo veía perdido a hacerle una oferta muy inusual y que cambiara su vida， este enigmático personaje llega casi de la mano de uno de los personajes más carismáticos， Isabella， quien llega como una brisa de verano para apaciguar todos los dolores de nuestro cascarrabias escritor。Si bien creía tener respuestas a muchas partes de las tramas， basándome en sus libros anteriores， la verdad es que el autor me engaño por completo entre los giros de las tramas que no esperaba y el factor sorpresa del misticismo， si bien el final es algo confuso me encanto。 。。。more

Read the first one in English， this one in French， so the writing didn't quite have the same feeling。Once again Zafon does an amazing blend of romance， thriller， and mystery and a touch of。。。 well。。。 I'll let you discover that on your own。 ;）The writing was still clear and precise in its description and happenings， though， I almost thought it was less poetic。 But in all honesty， that might've simply been because of the French translation being a little different？I found this one to play more on Read the first one in English， this one in French， so the writing didn't quite have the same feeling。Once again Zafon does an amazing blend of romance， thriller， and mystery and a touch of。。。 well。。。 I'll let you discover that on your own。 ;）The writing was still clear and precise in its description and happenings， though， I almost thought it was less poetic。 But in all honesty， that might've simply been because of the French translation being a little different？I found this one to play more on the psychology than the first one。 The first half was almost slow（？） in its progression， only for it to suddenly roll out the whole storymap in front of you in the last act。 I do like a slow burn I won't lie。It was also very nice to see the little winks to the previous book。Zafon has a very good way of keeping the characters true to themselves throughout， even as they grow and learn。 He makes the characters almost seem so normal， it feels like you could be right there with them， living this at their side （which is the ultimate objective for a writer， right？）。 。。。more

No sabes si lees misterio o terror ya entendí lo que es una lectura de género negro。 Lo disfrute y analice junto a otras personas y estoy segura que no hubiera sido lo mismo sino lo hubiera compartido。 Al final el juego del Ángel es una sorpresa para el lector。 Y como siempre los Sempere dando cátedra de lealtad y orgullo cuidando a los libros y a los lectores。

With a fluid and comfortable writing， in a scenario that I am not particularly used to reading， the Barcelona of 1917， Zafón presents a captivating and mysterious history。It is the first book I read from Zafón and I really liked the writing， but the work itself didn’t hold me so much， especially at the beginning。 I found the beginning a little curled up， I just started to get stuck from the middle to the end。The characters are well crafted， I got attached to several， I got angry with many others With a fluid and comfortable writing， in a scenario that I am not particularly used to reading， the Barcelona of 1917， Zafón presents a captivating and mysterious history。It is the first book I read from Zafón and I really liked the writing， but the work itself didn’t hold me so much， especially at the beginning。 I found the beginning a little curled up， I just started to get stuck from the middle to the end。The characters are well crafted， I got attached to several， I got angry with many others kkkkThe plot is somewhat confusing and both the reader and the protagonist are left without knowing if everything was true or not。The ending left me with a dubious feeling: at the same time that I found it poetic and interesting， I was irritated and I think， sincerely， I expected something else。In the end， it is an interesting book with a well done suspense， which made me want to read other works by the author。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I may have actually enjoyed this book more than Shadow of the Wind。 I also enjoyed that book， but the tension and conflict present early in SOTW was muted a bit once we started seeing that many years were passing without Daniel having to address the stalker who appears early in the novel。 In TAG， the tension never really let up， as David Martin is facing a ticking clock with apparent death at the end and trying desperately to find a way out。As I read TAG， I began to suspect that David was someho I may have actually enjoyed this book more than Shadow of the Wind。 I also enjoyed that book， but the tension and conflict present early in SOTW was muted a bit once we started seeing that many years were passing without Daniel having to address the stalker who appears early in the novel。 In TAG， the tension never really let up， as David Martin is facing a ticking clock with apparent death at the end and trying desperately to find a way out。As I read TAG， I began to suspect that David was somehow directly responsible for the murders that were occurring in the wake of his investigation。 I also saw some of the twists involving the angel broach coming， particularly once the attack in his house occurred and the broach was left behind。 But what I really loved about the book was what the policeman said when interrogating David。 Specifically， he said that many many details pointed toward David's guilt， but there was one detail that just didn't fit in， and that was the presence of David's book inscribed to the elder Sempere， found at the actress's hostel room。 That felt representative of the entire book to me， namely that anyone who tried to explain what they thought was actually happening to David would still be unable to explain certain details。I certainly don't think this book is for everyone， but I really enjoyed the journey and found the ending intriguing if not 100% satisfying。 。。。more
